Primer for eyelash extensions

What is it needed for?

The primer is applied to the base of the eyelashes immediately after the degreaser. Even though it contains ethanol, it does not degrease. Its main function is to prepare the surface of natural lashes for the adhesive by changing their surface tension to create a strong bond between natural and artificial lashes.

In simpler terms, the primer, acts like a double-sided tape and helps two non-polar substances to stick together better!

However, it is not an adhesion accelerator!

The use of a primer can extend the adhesion of the eyelashes by 1-2 weeks.

What is in the composition?

Distilled water - the basis for the preparation of an emulsion.  Purified water is a solvent for all other components that make up the product.

Silane is an adhesive bonding agent in eyelash extensions.  Natural eyelashes have a heterogeneous structure. Silane penetrates between the flakes and forms a film on the surface of the lashes, strengthening them and changing their surface tension to provide a reliable hold.

Ethanol (ethyl alcohol) is used exclusively to dissolve the main component silane in distilled water.

Acetic Acid - is used to stabilize the silane.

Fragrance (perfume) - gives the product a pleasant scent

How to use it?

Thanks to the delicate aroma of watermelon, yaLASHes Primer transforms the third step of preparing natural eyelashes for eyelash extensions into a spa treatment.

It is applied with a microbrush to the roots of natural or artificial lashes after yaLASHes Pre-Treatment Melon Degreaser, creating a thin layer that serves as an adhesive base to increase the wear of the lashes.
