Where do the names Mink, Silk etc. come from?

We have already found out that all lashes are made from either acrylic resin or PBT.

Then where do the names come from?

➡️ "Mink", "Silk", "Sable", "Silicone" ....?

All these terms refer only to the appearance and have nothing to do with animal hair, natural silk or silicone.

This is how brands classify the color intensity of the eyelashes. For example silicone is associated with something very noticeable / unnatural. Mink, on the contrary - with something natural.

And that's how these names came about.

Please note that different brands can put different meanings into the designation.

Some have "Silk" as the natural and "Mink" as the flashy variant, and some vice versa.

Beautier's eyelashes have the ideal combination of a matt and glossy surface. The approach is glossy, which gives the maximum black intensity. And the tip is matte, which makes the lashes look very natural. These eyelashes belong to the premium class segment. The center of gravity of each individual eyelash is ideally balanced, which means that it can be perfectly positioned on your own eyelash without slipping.

Our new yaLASHes Ultra Black  are jet black. We have deliberately not given our eyelashes any of the above names so as not to confuse you, our dear customers!
