How much does a trainer earn?
Let's take as an example the average daily earnings of an average lash stylist and the same lash stylist training in the same room.
As a stylist she serves 3 clients per day:
• Average price €100 per customer
• The cost of the treatment is €20 (with a rent of €500 per month and excluding advertising costs and the costs of Treatwell, SumUp and the like)
• The turnover is €300
• The winnings are €240
As a trainer, she trains 2 people in a 2-day basic course:
• Training price €1250
• Direct costs per student €250
• The turnover is €2500
• The cost is €500
• Profit is €2000 in 2 days
• 1000€ per day
The difference is obvious!
Coaching is more profitable. I actually calculated the minimum. (The prices shown in the example are average, VAT is not included.) Price calculation is no less important than marketing analysis and teaching methodology. Balance is important everywhere. And most importantly: it's not difficult! But many people don't know where to start.
I teach all this to the TRAINER EXPERT students in one of the lessons, and I also created an Excel table specifically for this, which calculates everything by itself if you fill in all the necessary cells.
And now imagine if you train larger groups, e.g. 5 or 6 students... Being a trainer enables every stylist to earn more, help people and have fun doing it. And you can too!
